CRM Manager (iGaming)
Owns every touchpoint with the player: email, push, SMS, on-site — from the welcome journey through to reactivation.
Who is this and what does he do?
A CRM Manager owns the channels to the player base. You build campaigns, set up triggers, watch deliverability and make sure players are not bombarded with messages until they unsubscribe. Unlike classic e-commerce, communication here is tightly restricted by regulators: no messaging self-excluded players, no promising wins, and in several jurisdictions no bonus offers without explicit consent. The role calls for creativity, technical skill and caution all at once.
