SpinHire (“we”, “service”) is a recruiting platform for the iGaming industry. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (for EU users) and applicable local data laws.

In short: We collect the minimum data necessary for the operation of the service (email, profile/resume data, responses), do not sell it to third parties and give you the right to delete it at any time.

What data do we collect?

Account: email, password (encrypted), name, role (applicant/employer), company name.
Applicant profile: position, salary expectations, languages, incognito status, your responses.
Employer jobs: data of posted jobs.
Technical: session cookie (for login), basic server logs (IP, browser type) for security.

Why do we use this

Providing services: search for jobs, responses, offices, moderation.
Security and abuse prevention.
Contacting you based on your actions on the site (response notifications).

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): execution of the contract (provision of service) and your consent given during registration.

Cookie

We only use technically necessary cookies (login session). Analytical/marketing cookies are not set without your consent.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, SpinHire uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. Before you click Accept, Google's analytics and advertising storage is disabled and analytics cookies are not set. You can decline analytics or change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the site.

With your consent, Google may process technical information about your device, pages visited and website activities in accordance with its privacy policy. SpinHire uses Google Analytics ID G-0W5XWDYPZ3.

Transfer to third parties

We do not sell your data. When analytics is enabled, site usage data is processed by Google. External jobs on the site are marked with a “↗” icon and lead to third-party resources with their own policies - by clicking on them, you are leaving SpinHire.

Your rights

Access to, correction and deletion of your data.
Revocation of consent and account deletion.
Complaint to a data protection supervisory authority.

Storage

We store the data as long as your account is active. Once an account is deleted, the data is deleted within a reasonable time unless otherwise required by law.

This is a template policy for a prototype. Before the public launch, it must be finalized with a lawyer for a specific legal entity-operator and target jurisdictions.
