What the role involves
The bonus is a casino's main growth lever and, at the same time, its main way of losing money. The Promotions & Bonus Manager designs the mechanic (wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, missions, tournaments), costs it out, sets it up in the back office, checks it on test accounts and makes sure bonus hunters can't break it. It's a role at the intersection of product, maths and operations.
Responsibilities
- Design bonus mechanics and calculate their cost
- Set up promotions in the back office and test them before launch
- Control the bonus budget and bonus cost / NGR
- Detect abuse and work with anti-fraud on bonus hunters
- Maintain promotion terms together with legal and compliance
- Analyse promo results and report on them
