By using SpinHire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What is SpinHire

SpinHire is an information platform (intermediary) that helps job seekers and employers in the iGaming industry find each other. Some jobs are aggregated from open sources and are marked with the “↗” icon. SpinHire is not an employer, a recruitment agency in the classic sense, or a gambling operator, and does not guarantee employment or hiring.

Responsibility for content

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their jobs.
• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
• SpinHire moderates jobs, but does not guarantee their accuracy and is not responsible for the actions of employers or third-party sites.

Posting rules

• Illegal, misleading jobs and offers from unlicensed operators are prohibited where required by law.
• Salary range required.
• We have the right to reject, withdraw or edit any job.

Play area

Mini-games and SpinCoins points are regulated separately Game Zone Rules. This is free gamification, not gambling for money.

Referral programme

• A participant is any registered user. A referred account is one that signed up through the participant's referral link.
• The reward is 20% of the amounts actually paid by the referred account during the 24 months after its first payment. Refunds and cancellations reduce the reward.
• Withdrawals are made on request from your account dashboard, from €50. Payouts are sent in USDT on the TRC-20 network to the wallet provided by the participant, usually within 5 business days. SpinHire pays the network fee. SpinHire is not responsible for an incorrect wallet address.
• SpinHire is not a tax agent. Participants declare their income and pay taxes under the laws of their own country, and are responsible for checking that they may receive cryptocurrency payments.
• It is forbidden to refer yourself or your other accounts, send spam, inflate sign-ups, bid on the SpinHire brand in search ads, or pose as a SpinHire employee. Violations void the accrued rewards and may lead to account suspension.
• We may change the programme terms; rewards already accrued are kept.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SpinHire is not liable for consequential damages, lost profits or actions of third parties.

Age

The service is intended for persons 18+ (18+ industry). By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the place of registration of the service operator (to be clarified before launch).
