The Casino Operations Manager is the casino's operational nerve centre. You make sure new slots go live on time, tournaments start without glitches, the lobby shows the right games to the right geos, and a provider outage doesn't sit unresolved for hours. It's a role for someone who loves orderly processes and can juggle a dozen small tasks across different teams at once. In smaller companies the role also absorbs content, promotions and a slice of analytics.
Owns
- Run the promo calendar and launch campaigns together with CRM and content
- Oversee the game lobby: collections, recommendations, geo settings
- Coordinate with game providers on releases, tournaments and incidents
- Monitor daily metrics: turnover, deposit conversion, outages
- Resolve incidents and escalations between support, payments and tech
- Prepare operational reporting for management
