Who is this and what does he do?

Every chargeback means lost money plus a scheme fine, and a high chargeback ratio gets your acquiring switched off. A Chargeback Specialist prepares dispute representments, pulls together session logs, KYC documents and gameplay history, tracks the statistics by BIN and provider and proposes preventive measures. A narrow role, but one that pays for itself many times over.
