Backend in iGaming means high-load financial systems with strict consistency requirements. Traffic peaks around major matches, every transaction has to be idempotent and reproducible for audit, and a platform can easily run more than a hundred integrations: game aggregators, PSPs, KYC providers, SMS gateways. Typical stacks are Java/Kotlin, C#/.NET, Go, Node.js and PHP; on the data side, PostgreSQL, Redis and Kafka.
