A Data Engineer (iGaming) collects these streams into a warehouse, keeps the data reliable and consistent, builds data marts and watches pipeline latency, because traffic decisions get made the same day. The stack is standard: Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake or ClickHouse.
