QA Engineer (iGaming)

Makes sure the game or platform counts money correctly in every scenario — including a dropped connection mid-spin and a duplicate payout.

Who is this and what does he do?

QA in iGaming carries more weight than ordinary testing because the cost of a bug is measured in money and in the licence. You test game rounds and their recovery, the wallet, bonus mechanics, responsible gambling limits, localisations and the requirements of specific jurisdictions. Automation engineers write tests in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, or at API level; a separate track is preparing builds for external certification.

  • Verify round-recovery scenarios and wallet calculations
  • Test bonus mechanics and responsible gambling limits
  • Automate regression at UI and API level
  • Check localisations and jurisdiction-specific requirements
  • Prepare builds for lab certification and support the process
