Head of Affiliates

Owns the entire affiliate channel: strategy, the team of managers, payout terms and the channel P&L.

Who is this and what does he do?

The Head of Affiliates decides which markets to grow in and on which model, where an aggressive CPA is acceptable and where it has to be RevShare only, and how to protect the business from fraud and overpayment. You lead the affiliate management team, negotiate with the biggest networks and media, and set targets for FTDs and margin. It is a role with direct accountability for money and a strong public side — conferences and industry relationships.
