Checked on 9 October 2026. We opened 12 iGaming job sites and counted the listings on each. The aggregators have the most live jobs: SpinHire (8006), iGamingCareers (2433) and Big Bet Jobs (2386). The agencies Pentasia and iGB Jobs show salaries most often, and two boards on the list had nothing to count.

Search "where to find iGaming jobs" and you usually get a dozen links with no numbers. We took the direct route: opened every site, grabbed the job count from the page or paged through the full results, and wrote down what we saw.

The numbers below are a one-day snapshot. In a month they will change, but the proportions between sites hold for years: aggregators are big and uneven, agencies are small and precise, general boards are huge and noisy.

The list includes the niche boards, two industry media outlets with a jobs section, two agencies, one Maltese site and one language-focused site, plus Indeed and LinkedIn searched for "igaming" for scale. SpinHire itself is in the table too, flaws included.

Table: 12 iGaming job boards as of 9 October 2026

Share with salary is an estimate from 20 random listings in the results, without logging in. "n/a" means the number cannot be obtained, and the note explains why.

Two caveats on the figures. LinkedIn's "22,000+" is not iGaming jobs but every listing where the word appears in the text, including recruitment agencies and courses. Indeed's number is tied to the country: indeed.com shows the US, while Malta and Cyprus have to be searched on mt.indeed.com and cy.indeed.com.

The agencies Pentasia and BettingJobs are small not because they are weak: they only publish positions they are recruiting for themselves, and almost always with a salary range. For a mid or senior, 84 jobs with a figure beat a thousand without one.

SpinHire, honestly: the good and the bad

SpinHire is an aggregator with a Russian-language interface that collects jobs from career pages and other boards and adds direct employer listings. That is where the 8006 jobs come from: it is the largest catalogue of the twelve.

There are downsides too, and it is better to know them up front. The domain is young, and older sites still outrank some of its jobs on Google. Aggregated listings lead to the original source, so you will be applying on the company's website.

Salary is visible on roughly 8% of jobs — a market-wide ailment, though agencies do better. On the plus side, there is an open API under the CC BY 4.0 licence, feeds and 12 interface languages. A market breakdown by country and company is in the Q3 2026 report.

Which board for which task

Relocating to Malta

Start with iGaming jobs in Malta: 593 listings there as of 9 October. Keep jobsinmalta.com (302 in the iGaming section) and Pentasia open alongside — almost all of the agency's Maltese positions come with a salary range and a work permit.

Remote

The remote jobs section on SpinHire has 1946 listings. igamingjobs.io has a separate Remote filter, and on LinkedIn remote roles are better found by job title plus the "Remote" filter rather than by the word igaming.

Affiliates & media buying

Two leaders here: igamingjobs.io, with about 70 jobs each in affiliates and media buying, and the affiliate section on SpinHire with 477 listings. General boards are nearly useless for these roles: the jobs there hide under "performance marketing".

Junior and no experience

Agencies do not handle juniors — there is no commission in it. Go to jobs with no experience (258 listings tagged junior, trainee or intern), to Indeed and to operators' career sections. How to read such jobs is covered in the guide how to get into iGaming.

Mid and senior with a salary range

If you have three years in the industry and need a figure before the first call, start with Pentasia, iGB Jobs and BettingJobs. Few listings, but almost every one comes with a range and a live consultant who knows what the company is actually willing to pay.

For employers who post themselves

You can test demand for free in three places: one job on LinkedIn, a basic listing on Indeed and a test job on SpinHire. If you need a flow specifically from the industry, niche boards charge €50–219 per listing, while on aggregators a job from your career page will appear by itself.

How to vet a board in 5 minutes

Any site in the table can be checked with three questions, and it takes less time than one wasted application.

  1. Posting date. Open five random listings and look at the date. If there is no date, or everything has said "1 week" for the second month running, the board is not cleaning its database and half your applications will go to closed positions.
  2. Link to the source. An aggregator must show where the job comes from: a career page, another board, an agency. If the "apply" button leads to the site's own form with no company name, that is CV harvesting, not a job.
  3. Employer licence. An operator should hold an MGA, UKGC, Kahnawake or other regulator's licence; a provider should have game certification. If there is neither, ask on the first call before sending any documents.

The fourth question is about money. If no figure is given, take a range from the salary calculator and go into the call with it: that way you know in advance what counts as a good offer.

How we counted

All numbers were taken on 9 October 2026. Where a board shows a counter, we used it: "2,386 Open roles" on Big Bet Jobs, "Showing 1 to 20 of 119 results" on BettingJobs, "Showing 20 of 302 jobs" in the iGaming section on jobsinmalta.

Where there is no counter, we paged through to the end: Pentasia has 9 pages and 84 unique jobs, iGB Jobs 4 pages of 12. For iGamingCareers we took the liveJobs field from their open API, for SpinHire the total field from the job catalogue.

Share with salary is based on 20 random listings in the results, without logging in. For iGamingCareers we checked 500 jobs via the API: 13 had a figure. These estimates are rough, but good enough for choosing a site.

FAQ

Which iGaming job board is the largest?

As of 9 October 2026, SpinHire with 8006 jobs, followed by iGamingCareers (2433) and Big Bet Jobs (2386). All three are aggregators, so some of their listings overlap.

Where to find iGaming jobs with a stated salary?

At the agencies: Pentasia shows a figure in roughly 8 jobs out of 10, iGB Jobs in 7 out of 10. Aggregators sit at 3–15%, and on LinkedIn without logging in salaries are almost never visible.

Can I post an iGaming job for free?

Yes, but with limits: one free job on LinkedIn, a basic listing on Indeed and one test job on SpinHire. Niche boards charge from €50 (iGamingCareers) to $219 (igamingjobs.io) per listing.

Why does LinkedIn show 22,000 iGaming jobs?

Because it counts every listing where the word appears in the text: agencies, courses, adjacent roles in payments and marketing. Real positions in the industry are several times fewer — search by job title instead.
