What the role involves
Regulators in the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands and Malta come down hard on player protection failures. A Responsible Gaming Officer configures risk markers (a sudden jump in deposits, late-night play, chasing losses), reaches out to flagged players, applies limits and self-exclusions and documents every interaction. The role is a recent one and is growing faster than most others in compliance.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and monitoring markers of harmful play
