Affiliate Manager — Turkey and Tier-1

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our iGaming product team with a focus on Turkey and Tier-1 GEOs.
We’re looking for someone who understands affiliate marketing beyond partner communication — someone who can evaluate traffic quality, work with key metrics, negotiate commercial terms and scale profitable partnerships.

What you’ll do:

Find, onboard and develop new affiliate partners;
Manage existing partners and scale successful campaigns;
Work with Turkey and Tier-1 GEOs;
Launch and manage traffic on CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, Flat Fee and Listing models;
Negotiate rates, KPIs, caps, placements and other commercial terms;
Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance;
Analyze key metrics: FTD, Reg2Dep, Deposit Sum, RD, GGR/NGR, OAS and Retention;
Identify fraud, low-quality traffic and growth opportunities;
Work with different traffic sources: SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Influencers, Telegram/SMM, Email, Apps and others;
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance and Tech teams.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic quality;
Experience managing partners from first contact through launch and scaling;
Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
Understanding of CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, Flat Fee and Listing models;
Experience with different affiliate traffic sources;
Proactive, independent and result-oriented approach.

Nice to have:

Experience with Turkey and/or Tier-1 GEOs;
An existing network of affiliate partners;
Experience scaling successful affiliate campaigns.
