About the Company:
We are a product company with 4 years of history, building a modern gaming platform that powers both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming space. We operate in the world's most demanding Tier-1 markets - Australia, UK and Germany - where product quality, compliance, and user experience aren't just priorities, they're the standard.
Responsibilities:
Build and scale a high-performing affiliate network;
Negotiate and close deals across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;
Monitor traffic quality and stay ahead of fraud;
Track channel performance and report on key metrics;
Represent the company at top international iGaming conferences.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as an iGaming Affiliate Manager;
Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets (Germany, Australia);
A strong personal network of affiliates and media buying contacts;
Sharp negotiation skills and a proven ability to close;
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
