Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is working with a new service provider within the iGaming industry who are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, focusing on the Asian online casino market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, serving as their main point of contact.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance (CPA, CPL, revenue share, FTDs) to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Stay informed on Asian market trends, regulations, and competitors, providing insights to internal teams.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies and responsible gaming regulations.
• Represent the brand at industry events across Asia and collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager in online casino/iGaming, with exposure to the Asian market.
• Fluent in English plus at least one Asian language (Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean).
• Strong understanding of the Asian online gambling landscape and regulatory environment.
• Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, affiliate platforms, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within remote/multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel across Asia.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing VIP/high-value affiliates.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and traffic acquisition.
• Existing affiliate network in Asia.
• Familiarity with CRM and affiliate marketing tools.
