Affiliate Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager (LATAM focus) to drive growth and foster strong, long-term partnerships.
If you have proven experience in affiliate marketing within LATAM, understand local traffic nuances, and know how to scale campaigns with high-performing partners, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships in LATAM markets
Attract, onboard, and develop new partners across the region
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and performance goals
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data to improve ROI and scaling opportunities

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing (LATAM experience is a strong advantage)
Deep understanding of different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, social, influencers, native, etc.)
Strong market research skills with the ability to structure insights clearly and actionably
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Solid understanding of affiliate models, funnels, and player behavior.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
