Affiliate Specialist

BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing betting exchange, who is looking for an Affiliate Specialist to build and manage its affiliate and partner network from the ground up. This role owns the affiliate channel end to end: recruitment, onboarding, commercial terms, performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates, tipsters, content sites and influencers across the SA betting landscape
• Negotiate commercial structures (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) and manage affiliate agreements
• Manage affiliate tracking, reporting and payments through the affiliate platform
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality, fraud and compliance with advertising regulations
• Grow the channel into a meaningful driver of new punter acquisition and exchange liquidity
• Report on channel performance, ROI and attribution

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years in affiliate management, ideally in betting, gaming or fintech
• Existing network of SA betting affiliates, tipsters or content publishers strongly preferred
• Commercially sharp negotiator with strong data and reporting skills
• Understanding of SA gambling advertising rules and 18+ compliance
