About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 2D Animator to join a game development team specializing in online slot games for the international iGaming market.
The ideal candidate has experience creating high-quality 2D animations for slot games, understands casino game mechanics, and can deliver visually engaging animations that enhance the player experience.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D animations for online slot games.
Animate game symbols, characters, backgrounds, UI elements, and visual effects.
Develop animations for wins, bonuses, free spins, and other game features.
Collaborate with 2D Artists, Game Designers, and Developers.
Optimize animations for smooth performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
Maintain consistent animation quality and visual style.

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in 2D animation.
Experience in iGaming, slot games, or gambling game development.
Strong knowledge of Spine 2D.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
Experience preparing animations for integration into game engines.
Portfolio featuring 2D animations, preferably for slot games.

Nice to Have

Experience with Unity.
Experience with particle effects and VFX.
Understanding of slot game mechanics and player engagement.
Experience working with international B2B slot providers.
