Senior Angular Developer

BettingJobs is working with a leading B2B iGaming technology provider to appoint an experienced Senior Angular Developer, joining a growing engineering team as the business scales its turnkey sportsbook and casino platform for operators worldwide.
The role suits a frontend engineer who enjoys complex enterprise applications and wants genuine influence over architecture and standards rather than ticket-taking. You will translate business requirements into robust, reusable Angular solutions, integrate closely with a C#/.NET backend via RESTful APIs, and build fast, responsive interfaces used across multiple products and brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for sportsbook, casino and back-office systems
• Create reusable Angular components, services, modules and shared libraries
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Work closely with .NET backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA and DevOps engineers
• Develop customer-facing websites, admin panels and partner management systems
• Implement authentication, authorisation and role-based user access
• Handle real-time data updates for sporting events, odds, transactions and account balances
• Improve application speed, stability and overall frontend performance
• Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, scalable, testable and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Follow security and data-protection best practices
• Maintain technical documentation
• Support the implementation of multiple brands, languages and currencies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture and development processes

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years' professional frontend development experience
• Strong commercial experience with Angular, ideally Angular 19 or other recent versions
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript and modern frontend development principles
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of RxJS and reactive programming
• Experience building modular Angular applications with reusable components, services and shared libraries
• Solid understanding of Angular dependency injection, routing, guards, interceptors, forms and lifecycle management
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development
• Experience working with complex business logic and enterprise applications
• Understanding of frontend state management patterns
• Experience with frontend performance optimisation and browser debugging
• Experience writing unit tests for frontend applications
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation and role-based access control
• Understanding of web security fundamentals
• Good knowledge of Git and modern version-control workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a development team
• Good written and spoken English
