Job Description
We are a leading iGaming affiliate network connecting top-tier online casino operators with high-performing webmasters, media buyers, and content publishers. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Affiliate Manager to drive partner acquisition, manage relationships, and maximize campaign performance across our portfolio of casino offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit new affiliates (webmasters, bloggers, media buyers, SEO specialists, and arbitrage teams) to join the network.
• Onboard and guide new partners, ensuring they have the right tools, creatives, and offers to succeed.
• Manage a portfolio of existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, optimization tips, and payout negotiations.
• Monitor traffic quality, conversion metrics, and ROI to ensure profitable campaigns for both the network and its partners.
• Work closely with the ad operations team to ensure timely payouts, accurate tracking, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to match affiliates with the most suitable casino operators and offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, GEO performance, and competitor networks to refine recruitment strategies.
• Represent the network at industry events, conferences, and affiliate meetups (virtual or in-person).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within an iGaming affiliate network or CPA network.
• Established network of contacts in the casino affiliate space (webmasters, media buyers, arbitrage teams).
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, CPL).
• Experience with tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (additional languages like Russian, Spanish, or German are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working fully remotely.
