• At least 3 years of experience in the Affiliate Marketing field;
• Fluency in the Local Language & English B2;
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deals, affiliate models, and traffic acquisition;
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach;
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented personality.
