Influencer Manager (DACH)

In Malta, in a hybrid arrangement, we are looking for an Influencer Manager DACH to shape and own influencer partnerships that speak to German and Austrian audiences. You will blend creative storytelling with performance metrics to grow brand awareness, drive quality traffic, and build lasting relationships with top creators. You will work closely with the marketing, compliance, and product teams, translating market insights into campaigns that align with regulatory standards and audience expectations. 2+ years of experience in Influencer Management in iGaming or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of the DACH market and fluent German language skills both spoken and written. Proven ability to identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers; manage campaigns from brief to delivery and post campaign review. Hands on in planning content calendars, briefing creators, monitoring performance, and optimising ROI. Collaborates across marketing, product, and creative teams; reports clearly to stakeholders.
