Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale the affiliate acquisition channel for one of our AI companionship products.
This role goes beyond partner management. We are looking for someone who understands how affiliate traffic works end-to-end: from finding and onboarding the right partners to analyzing performance, improving offers and funnels, and ultimately driving profitable traffic at scale.
You’ll have a high level of ownership and the opportunity to build an affiliate system that can become an important growth channel for the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and scale the affiliate channel by sourcing, onboarding, and developing relationships with affiliates, webmasters, agencies, and other traffic partners
Own affiliate performance and increase the volume of profitable traffic
Analyze traffic, partner, and offer performance to understand what to scale, optimize, or stop
Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve offers, landing pages, and funnels for affiliate traffic
Proactively test new offers, funnels, partnerships, and approaches to improve conversion and profitability

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing with proven, measurable results
Strong understanding of affiliate traffic, traffic buying, networks, agencies, webmasters, and common partnership models
Experience sourcing and onboarding affiliates and building long-term partner relationships
Ability to build and structure an affiliate channel, not only manage existing partnerships
Understanding of CPA, CPS, CPL, and other common affiliate models
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate traffic performance, conversion, and profitability
Understanding of how offers, landing pages, and funnels impact affiliate performance, with the ability to identify and propose improvements

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in traffic acquisition or media buying before moving into affiliate marketing
An existing network of affiliates, webmasters, agencies, or traffic partners
Experience working with international traffic and partners across different markets
Experience in Dating, Adult, AI Companionship, Gambling/iGaming, or other performance-driven niches
