Method

We count CVs approved by moderation on SpinHire. The field comes from the job title, or from skills when the title is unclear. Seniority comes from the title (junior, senior, head, director) or, if the title has none, from stated experience: under two years junior, two to five middle, five and more senior.

Expected pay is what the candidate wrote, converted to euros per month; yearly figures are divided by 12. A median is shown when a group has at least three answers; 61% of CVs state an expectation. Country is where the person lives now; 25% are open to relocation.

Every Monday the snapshot is frozen at a permanent address. Data is open under CC BY 4.0: JSON.
