About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team in Prague and help grow our Sweepstakes Casino affiliate program in the US market.
We are open to candidates with a strong background in Gambling / iGaming, even if they don't have direct Sweepstakes Casino experience.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, webmasters, and traffic teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
Negotiate partnership terms, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
Activate new partners and help them achieve their first results.
Develop and scale affiliate traffic for the US market.
Monitor affiliate performance, including FTDs, conversions, deposits, and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams on tracking, postbacks, and traffic quality.
Achieve KPIs related to partner acquisition, activation, and performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Gambling / iGaming.
Hands-on experience in affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and partner management.
Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models.
Knowledge of key affiliate metrics: FTD, CR, ROI, and LTV.
Experience working with Tier-1 markets.
English B2+ or higher, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work on-site in Prague.

Nice to Have

Experience with Sweepstakes Casinos or US gambling traffic.
An existing network of active gambling/iGaming affiliates.
Experience building affiliate partnerships from scratch.
Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and postback integrations.
Proven results in recruiting and activating affiliate partners.
