UA Manager / Media Buyer (Google or TikTok)

We are a global content platform for webtoons and comics. We’re looking for a Media Buyer who doesn't just "push buttons" but actively drives product growth through paid channels.

Core Responsibilities:

Meta Ads: Full cycle management (launch, optimization, scaling).
Testing: Launching new channels (TikTok, Snapchat) and continuous A/B testing of creatives.
Data-Driven Approach: Tracking CAC, ROAS, and LTV. We focus on results, not just the process.
Creative Collaboration: Working with the content team to produce high-performing visuals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing/User Acquisition.
Deep understanding of Meta Ads algorithms.
Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
English: Intermediate+ or higher.
