Affiliate Manager(MENA)

We’re a young iGaming project that launched around six months ago. We’re currently expanding our affiliate department and looking for several Affiliate Managers with their own network of partners to drive traffic from Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt.

What you’ll be doing:

Acquiring new partners and scaling traffic across our target GEOs.
Negotiating deals, agreeing on partnership terms, and building long-term relationships with affiliates.
Analyzing traffic quality and key performance metrics, including FTD, GGR, ROI, LTV, and Retention.
Scaling high-performing partners and ensuring the quality of incoming traffic.

What we’re looking for:

✔ At least 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
✔ An established network of active partners in one or more of our target GEOs.
✔ Experience working with RS, CPA, and Hybrid deals.
✔ A solid understanding of our target markets and traffic sources.
✔ The ability to analyze performance and assess partners’ and traffic’s scaling potential.
✔ Ukrainian/Russian — C2 proficiency; English — B1–B2 or higher.
