Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and scale partnerships for an online entertainment platform targeting the US market.
The ideal candidate has recent affiliate marketing experience, an active network of US-based partners, and a proven ability to acquire, activate, and scale traffic sources.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners targeting the US market.
Develop and manage an existing network of active partners.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiations, onboarding, launch, performance monitoring, and scaling.
Negotiate and optimize partnership terms, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Evaluate US traffic sources and analyze the quality and performance of incoming traffic.
Monitor acquisition, conversion, revenue, ROI, and other performance metrics.
Build long-term partner relationships and increase traffic volumes.
Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, postbacks, and performance reports.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within a performance-driven digital business.
Recent relevant experience: currently employed or finished the last relevant role within the past 3 months. Candidates with experience gained within the past month are preferred.
Proven experience working with the US market and understanding its audience.
An active network of affiliate partners who can be engaged for new campaigns.
Knowledge of effective traffic acquisition channels in the US.
Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.
Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking, and performance analytics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
English B2+; C1 is preferred.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver against ambitious KPIs.

We offer

Work format: Fully remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00-00:00 Prague time.
Compensation: $1,500 fixed monthly payment + performance-based KPI bonuses.
Bonus structure: Discussed individually based on your previous compensation model, experience, and performance.
Contract: B2B cooperation.
