CMO / Chief Marketing Officer Nutra

We are looking for a strong CMO / Chief Marketing Officer to join an international product company in the Nutra vertical and lead the development and scaling of its marketing function across international markets.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
Scale user acquisition and revenue across Europe and LATAM
Lead key performance channels: Affiliate, Facebook, and SEO
Develop the affiliate ecosystem and build relationships with key webmasters and traffic owners
Analyze channel performance and key metrics including ROI/ROMI, CAC, and LTV
Identify growth opportunities and scale successful sources and campaigns
Build, manage, and optimize the marketing budget
Lead and develop the marketing team, set KPIs, and drive performance
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and other internal teams
Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at international industry conferences
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing
Experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Performance, or at a comparable level
Mandatory Nutra experience
Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Facebook, and SEO
Experience working with international GEOs, particularly Europe and LATAM
Proven experience building and managing marketing teams
Strong analytical and financial skills
Experience working with webmasters, affiliate partners, and traffic sources
English B2+
Willingness to attend international industry conferences
Would be a plus
Experience in Grey Nutra
