Turkey Country Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with a global, crypto-focused sportsbook and online casino brand to appoint a Turkey Country Manager. With serious ambition to become a major player in the Turkish market, the business is looking for a commercially driven leader to own the growth strategy end to end and build the market into a scalable, profitable operation.
This is a growth and acquisition role with full ownership of the Turkey strategy and, ultimately, its P&L. You’ll build the acquisition ecosystem, lead the VIP function, run reacquisition, and grow active players and sustainable revenue across the whole player lifecycle. It suits a commercially aggressive, entrepreneurial operator with deep roots in the Turkish online gaming and crypto landscape who thinks like a business owner, not a functional manager, and wants to build and lead a market from the front.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Turkey market strategy, commercial roadmap and P&L, setting clear acquisition, revenue and profitability targets
• Build and optimise a multi-channel acquisition mix across affiliates, influencers/KOLs, communities, SEO, paid, social and partnerships
• Negotiate strong CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals with Turkey’s leading affiliates, streamers and media partners
• Drive growth in FTDs, active players, GGR/NGR and lifetime value while continually improving CAC and ROI
• Lead the Turkey VIP team, setting KPIs and delivering commercially disciplined, locally relevant VIP experiences
• Own reacquisition and reactivation of dormant and churned high-value players, working closely with CRM
• Localise brand positioning, campaigns and promotions for Turkish players, and stay ahead of competitors
• Build and lead a local team across acquisition, affiliates, VIP, marketing and community as the market scales

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Turkey-facing online casino, sportsbook or crypto gaming
• A proven track record of acquiring, retaining and monetising Turkish players at scale
• Hands-on experience running VIP, retention and reactivation strategies
• A strong existing network across Turkish affiliates, influencers, KOLs and gaming communities
• Solid grasp of affiliate economics, CAC, LTV, churn and player value, with experience managing acquisition budgets against ROI
• Native or near-native Turkish and strong English
• An entrepreneurial, independent mindset and the drive to move quickly
