Team Lead Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

Build and lead the affiliate team (affiliate managers, traffic specialists), set clear KPIs, and ensure consistent performance;
Develop and scale partnerships with affiliates, networks, Telegram communities, and Web3-native traffic sources;
Optimize affiliate campaigns using data and analytics (CPI, CPA, ROI);
Launch and manage in-house affiliate programs and offer tracking infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Postback, etc.);
Monitor affiliate compliance and fraud risks;
Work closely with media buying, product, and legal teams to support strategic growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably crypto/iGaming verticals);
Experience building affiliate programs or departments from scratch;
Strong understanding of tracking tools and affiliate infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Everflow);
Team leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior specialists;
Excellent English communication skills (Advanced+);
Strategic mindset and hands-on attitude - you know how to negotiate and close deals.
