- Deep understanding of target markets, customer behavior, and market positioning.
- Proven ability to turn marketing strategy into clear team goals and measurable results.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience scaling both product-led and sales-led growth.
- Experience supporting major growth phases, funding rounds, or strategic acquisitions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
