Sourcing and onboarding large affiliates and media buying teams.
Managing and scaling relationships with key partners.
Negotiating commercial terms and closing profitable deals.
Driving performance against FTD and deposit KPIs.
Analyzing market trends, competitors, and new traffic opportunities.
Contributing to the development and growth strategy of your GEO.
Identifying opportunities to scale existing partners and traffic volumes.
Mentoring and supporting Junior / Middle Affiliate Managers.
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
Senior-level expertise with proven performance results.
Strong experience in at least one of the target GEOs: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh.
Existing affiliate / media buying partner network — must-have.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Solid understanding of affiliate traffic, performance metrics, and commercial models.
Ability to independently develop and scale your GEO.
Proactive, commercially minded, and strongly focused on results.

Remote work at the initial stage, with transition to office-based work in Warsaw.
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
