Product Owner

BettingJobs is working with an online gaming brand in Malaysia to find an experienced Product Owner to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized based on business value and customer impact
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the voice of the customer in development planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly product experiences
• Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, budget, and timeline based on business priorities
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data, user feedback, and market trends
• Ensure delivered features meet defined business objectives and acceptance criteria
• Develop and execute test plans to validate product quality, performance, and reliability
• Document product features, processes, user guides, and testing procedures
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proven experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and working closely with development teams
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and/or ClickUp
• Experience working with SaaS or digital products is strongly preferred
