Head of Acquisition

BettingJobs is working with a start-up B2C crypto casino operator who are searching for a Head of Acquisition to join their team on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the overall customer acquisition strategy.
• Manage acquisition budgets and performance against growth targets.
• Drive player acquisition across paid media, SEO, content, influencer marketing, partnerships, CRM-led initiatives, and affiliate marketing.
• Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels and opportunities.
• Optimise acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and player quality.
• Develop reporting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, affiliates, and other strategic partners.
• Work closely with CRM, product, and data teams to improve acquisition efficiency and retention outcomes.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing acquisition team.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within iGaming, crypto, and digital marketing.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in acquisition, growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Previous crypto casino experience.
• Proven success scaling customer acquisition within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto, gaming, fintech, or other high-growth digital businesses.
• Strong understanding of paid media, attribution, analytics, conversion optimisation, and acquisition economics.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Commercially minded with a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience operating within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
