We are looking for a Middle Accountant with hands-on experience supporting Private Entrepreneurs — someone who understands the full scope of PE activity beyond just document flow, and is comfortable with the specifics of tax compliance, currency income tracking, and structured record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Calculate employee salaries (PE, 90+)
Submit quarterly tax declarations for Private Entrepreneurs (3rd group, single tax payers, 5% rate)
Maintain electronic income accounting books and control PE income limits and tax payments
Work with primary documentation (certificates, invoices)
Control availability and proper storage of primary documentation
Create template contracts for new employees
Handle registration/liquidation of PEs

Requirements

2+ years experience supporting the activities of Private Entrepreneurs (3rd group, 5%) — is a must
Solid knowledge of tax legislation and accounting standards
Intermediate level of English for reading/writing documentation
Proficient user of Google Sheets and accounting software
Basic understanding of accounting for Ukrainian LLCs
Attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with employees and internal teams
