Content Specialist

Emerise Group is a dynamic, product-driven company operating in the iGaming industry, focused on building high-impact solutions that fuel innovation and deliver outstanding user experiences across the entertainment ecosystem. The team is looking for a Content Specialist who will play a key role in managing and developing content across a fast-growing iGaming product.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have a direct impact on how the product communicates with players - from website content and new feature launches to email and push campaigns.

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial experience in iGaming industry.
Strong copywriting/content creation skills across multiple formats (website, email, SMS, push notifications).
Comfort working with content management systems (CMS).
Ability to match tone of voice and align with the product's theme and brand identity.
Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
High attention to detail, punctuality, and meticulousness.
Understanding of marketing mechanics and how content drives player retention.

Tech Stack:

CMS: Netlify or SoftSwiss CMS, AI Tools for a content creation.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of CRM/bonus mechanics and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with localization or multi-market content adaptation.

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

Create and maintain content for the website, email, SMS, and push notifications.
Adapt tone and messaging to match the product's brand and player segments.
Collaborate closely with designers to ensure content and visuals work cohesively.
Work within tight production timelines to support marketing/product launches and campaigns.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content touchpoints.
Support retention campaigns by crafting messaging aligned with player lifecycle stages (e.g., FD2SD, reactivation, etc.).
