IT / System Administrator

We’re looking for a self-driven IT professional to take ownership of the company’s internal IT infrastructure and help build a reliable, secure, and scalable environment. The role sits at the intersection of IT Operations, systems administration, and security, covering corporate services and access management, macOS/Jamf, Linux, cloud, and network infrastructure. You’ll go beyond day-to-day support by continuously improving and automating processes, strengthening security, and making IT operations more efficient.This role is a great fit for someone who values autonomy, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to have a real impact on the company’s IT environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manage user lifecycle and access control across corporate systems and multiple workspaces (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian).
Handle requests and incidents via HelpDesk; provide remote support (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
Administer Google Workspace (multi-tenant), Slack, Notion, Atlassian — configuration and integrations.
Manage the macOS fleet via Jamf (MDM): enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, compliance, Apple Business Manager.
Administer Linux servers and virtual machines — provisioning, maintenance, monitoring.
Manage DNS zones, domains, SSL and Cloudflare; support VPN (WireGuard) and firewalls.
Support cloud environments (GCP, AWS, DO).
Enforce IT security best practices (least privilege, MFA, access audits).
Maintain inventory of IT hardware, subscriptions, and licenses; support procurement.
Continuously improve IT operations processes.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

3+ years as a System Administrator / IT Ops / ITSM Engineer.
Strong administration of Google Workspace (incl. Admin SDK), Slack, Notion, Atlassian.
macOS administration + MDM (Jamf or similar).
Linux administration and virtual machines (VMware / Proxmox / KVM / Hyper-V).
Experience with HelpDesk/ITSM tools and remote support.
Solid networking fundamentals: VPN, firewalls, DNS, SSL.
Experience managing multiple organizations / tenants. Experience with asset, license, and procurement management.
Nice-to-have requirements
IdP / SSO / SCIM provisioning (Google, Okta).
Basic Bash scripting for routine tasks.
On-prem networking (Wi-Fi, VLAN, routing) — if managing office networks.
