Description
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and internationally minded International Finance & Corporate Structuring Specialist to join our team and support the Group's global operations and expansion initiatives.
In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and managing international entities, coordinating with advisors across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring ongoing corporate, accounting, and tax compliance, and supporting cross-border financial operations. You will work closely with leading international consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to strategic projects and the Group's continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Group's international expansion initiatives by researching tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements in new jurisdictions
  • Coordinate the establishment, structuring, and ongoing administration of international entities in collaboration with local consultants, lawyers, accountants, and corporate service providers
  • Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with financial reports prepared by local accountants and consultants
  • Review financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports and provide analysis, recommendations, and risk assessments
  • Ensure timely compliance with corporate, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional service providers
  • Coordinate service engagements, agreements, and document flows with international partners and consultants
  • Oversee intercompany transactions, invoicing processes, settlements, and other cross-border financial operations
  • Support transfer pricing compliance and coordination between Group companies
  • Participate in budgeting, funding, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting activities for international entities
  • Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation, information, and explanations to auditors
  • Review contracts and support finance-related approval, governance, and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, International Relations, and other business functions to ensure successful execution of international projects
  • Support group restructuring, reorganization, and other strategic cross-border initiatives
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-powered initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field (ACCA or similar professional qualification is an advantage)
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international finance, tax or corporate structuring
  • Strong knowledge of international tax principles, corporate regulations and transfer pricing rules
  • Experience working with foreign consultants and managing cross-border entity structures
  • Understanding of IFRS and international financial reporting principles
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across jurisdictions and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
