About the role
We are an international iGaming group running several casino brands. Our design team produces
everything the player sees — from campaign visuals and promo pages to UI for the platform itself.
We are looking for a senior designer who can take a brand and carry it end to end: not only
execute a brief, but decide what the brief should have been. Someone who can move between UI work,
visual campaigns and AI-assisted production without needing a separate specialist for each.
This is a hands-on senior role with room to grow into a lead position.
What you will do
- Own the visual direction of one of our brands — campaigns, promotions, landing pages, social assets
- Design UI for casino pages and player-facing flows, working with the product and marketing teams
- Produce production-ready files: correct formats, sizes, states, and specs the developers can build from
- Use AI tools as part of your production workflow, not as a novelty — and know where their output stops being usable
- Review work from mid-level designers and raise the standard of what leaves the team
- Push back on briefs that will not work, and propose what will
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in iGaming, betting or an adjacent fast-turnaround industry — this is not the place to learn the vertical
- A portfolio showing both UI work and visual/campaign design, not one or the other
- The judgement to tell what is production-ready and what is not, without being told
- Practical command of AI-assisted design tools in real production work
- English at a working level — our team spans several countries and works in English daily
- Ability to run several parallel tasks without dropping the standard on any of them
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers
- Motion or short-form video for social campaigns
- Experience working with brand guidelines you built yourself
Process
- Intro call with our HR — about 45 minutes, to talk through your experience and answer your questions
- Test task — scoped to a few hours, based on real work our team does
- Final interview with the Head of Design — walkthrough of the test task and the technical part
- We give feedback at every stage, including if we decide not to move forward.
What we offer
- Competitive salary, set on experience and test task results, reviewed annually
- Fully remote, permanently — we have no office and no hybrid arrangement
- Equipment provided — laptop, second screen, whatever your setup needs
- Paid time off and flexible hours within the team's working window
- A design team that already produces at a high standard, and a Head of Design who reviews work seriously
To apply, send your portfolio and a short note about which of your projects you would want us to look at first.
