Junior CRM manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated specialist who is ready to start a career in the CRM team. This position is suitable not only for those looking to gain their first experience in customer communications, analytics, and marketing, but also for candidates who already have basic knowledge and would like to apply it in practice, develop their skills through real-world tasks, and contribute to building effective CRM campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Optimize communication channels (email, SMS) to ensure effective delivery of CRM campaigns.
Develop and conduct A/B tests to improve messaging and increase conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of CRM initiatives.
Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer retention, and other key metrics.
Participate in team planning and workflow organization.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer communications.
Develop and implement CRM campaigns aimed at improving customer retention and loyalty.

What We Expect from You:

Strong motivation to learn and develop in CRM and customer communications.
1 year of experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of English would be an advantage.
