Head of Affiliates & Acquisition

BettingJobs are working with a privately owned casino group looking to hire a Head of Affiliates & Acquisition to oversee a small team and join their team on a remote basis
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the acquisition marketing department, overseeing a team of three with plans for further growth

• Drive overall affiliate strategy and execution, ensuring effective partner recruitment, engagement, and performance management
• Manage and optimise acquisition campaigns, with an eye toward expanding beyond affiliate marketing as the team evolves
• Oversee daily operations of affiliate programs, including campaign analysis, reporting, and ongoing process improvement
• Utilise affiliate management platforms to streamline workflows and maximise ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align acquisition goals with broader marketing objectives
• Mentor, support, and help onboard new team members as the department expands

Requirements: • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and broader acquisition marketing leadership roles

• Track record of successfully managing and scaling teams
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience with affiliate management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving business needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable reporting to senior leadership and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of developing affiliate & acquisition strategy across Tier 1 markets/GEO’s.
