Data Analyst

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will take charge of developing new partnerships, sourcing advertisers, and expanding the business into new geographies.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and working with large datasets;
• Strong experience with Tableau or other BI tools, including designing scalable dashboards, defining metrics, and applying data visualization best practices;
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, commonly used formulas and data manipulation;
• Basic understanding of statistics and analytical methods, including measures of central tendency and correlation;
• Understanding of data quality, validation, and tracking, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate root causes;
• Ability to independently translate complex business questions into analytical approaches, KPIs, and measurable hypotheses;
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks and turn analysis into actionable business recommendations;
• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPI frameworks, including the ability to challenge or improve existing metrics;
• Ability to work independently, own analytical projects end-to-end, and prioritize analytical requests based on business impact;
• Ability to mentor less experienced analysts, review analytical work, and contribute to improving team standards and processes.

Will be plus:

• Experience with Python or another analytical programming language would be an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of retention, attribution, communication funnels, and their metrics and principles would be a plus;
• Experience working with large volumes of data and analytical databases such as ClickHouse or similar technologies would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing teams to support data-informed decision-making and help improve business performance;
• Identify analytical and reporting needs, manage incoming requests and priorities, and assess data availability and readiness;
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical solutions that support ongoing business needs;
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support marketing initiatives;
• Monitor key business and marketing performance, investigate significant changes and anomalies, and provide relevant insights;
• Work with data sources and data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting;
• Identify gaps in data collection and tracking and collaborate with relevant teams to improve data availability and quality;
• Support the definition and maintenance of business metrics and reporting logic to ensure consistent measurement across teams.
