SMM Specialist

We are looking for a SMM Specialist!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands.
• Proven experience in sports, esports, or betting industries.
• Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Will be plus

• Experience working with AI tools.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level.
• Skills in Figma and Photoshop.
• Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.

• Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram).
• Participating in the development of the SMM strategy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs.
• Creating and maintaining content plans.
• Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users.
• Planning and reporting.
