Our client is a product-driven iGaming startup developing a new white-label product for a Tier-1 market.
We are looking for an experienced and analytically minded Content / Casino Manager to take full ownership of game content management, visual presentation, provider relationships, and the strategic management of the casino product’s profitability.
Key responsibilities
Strategic game and category management
Manage game categories, including Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Crash Games, and others.
Manage risks and revenue strategically by analyzing game performance metrics, identifying potentially profitable titles, and featuring promising games in prominent positions within the website’s casino lobby.
Calculate and analyze game RTP and optimize product margins in line with regulatory requirements and the company’s financial objectives.
Website content and visual presentation
Take full responsibility for the visual presentation and user experience of the casino storefront, including the lobby, game collections, and banner layouts.
Banner and promotional placement performance analysis
Evaluate which content and banners deliver the best commercial results, test new hypotheses, and rotate content and banners.
Provider relationships
Work with game providers to add new games, coordinate integrations and exclusive releases, and obtain promotional materials.
Monitor trends and new releases in the Tier-1 market to keep the catalog up to date.
Collaboration with the Retention team
Work closely with the Retention team to increase LTV.
Participate in developing personalized game offers, VIP game collections, and themed collections for CRM campaigns.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience as a Casino / Content Manager in iGaming. Experience with Tier-1 markets is essential.
An understanding of Tier-1 player preferences and behavior, popular game providers, and market-specific regulatory requirements.
The ability to work with metrics such as GGR, NGR, RTP, LTV, and churn rate, along with an understanding of game mathematics and player retention mechanics.
The ability to translate website visuals and content positioning into conversions and revenue growth.
