Account Operations Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies.
We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in account operations, media buying support, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Understanding of Facebook Pixels, Events, Custom Conversions, and Audiences.
Basic understanding of Meta Marketing API and Facebook Developer tools.
Experience working with multiple Facebook accounts and Business Managers.
Strong attention to account limits, balances, permissions, and technical details.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and maintain structured operational records.
Basic understanding of tracking, conversions, and postback logic.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.

Will be plus:

Experience in iGaming / affiliate marketing.
Experience with Facebook media buying.
Experience with Meta Marketing API.
Experience with Facebook Developer accounts and System Users.
Experience with trackers, CRMs, postbacks, and server-side tracking.
Understanding of GTM, GA4, and web analytics.
Experience working with anti-detect browsers.
Experience working with agency advertising accounts.
Experience with account warming and account rotation processes.
Previous experience in an Account Manager, Media Buying Assistant, Traffic Operations, or similar role

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain Facebook accounts and infrastructure for traffic launches.
Manage the full account lifecycle: acquisition → setup → ready for launch → rotation.
Set up and maintain BMs, Pixels, Audiences, Ad Accounts, and Marketing API infrastructure.
Check account limits, regions, violations, balances, payment methods, and access.
Maintain accurate account inventory and statuses.
Create and manage required Facebook audiences and conversions.
Coordinate with agencies, Media Buyers, and Web Analysts.
Monitor account health and resolve operational issues.
Ensure all infrastructure is prepared and verified before launch.
