Project Manager

BettingJobs is hiring a Project Manager for an established iGaming company. The role will be based in Limassol with a hybrid working arrangement and offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management
• Manage project risks, changes, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
• Drive continuous process improvement within project management practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the technology, iGaming, or related sectors
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management certification preferred)
