Junior Product Owner, Online Games Department

About the role

As a Junior Product Owner, we expect you to gradually take ownership of smaller product initiatives while developing the skills, confidence, and business understanding required to independently manage product areas over time. You will work closely with experienced Product Owners, gaining hands-on experience and increasing responsibility as your knowledge and expertise grow.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners in maintaining and executing the product roadmap by helping organize priorities, documenting requirements, and tracking progress
• Gathering and analyzing market, product, and business information to evaluate product decisions
• Help prepare and refine feature specifications, ensuring business requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development
• Support backlog management by helping refine requirements, organize priorities, and prepare work for upcoming development cycles
• Participate in release planning activities and support successful feature delivery across multiple teams
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – daily scrums, planning, retrospectives, etc.
• Monitor progress of ongoing initiatives, identify potential risks or blockers, and communicate them proactively
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to better understand customer needs and support successful product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related discipline
• Previous experience through internships, university projects, Business Analysis, QA, Software Development, or Product-related roles is considered an advantage but is not required
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Тeam player
• Able to work in fast moving and dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Interest in digital products, software development, or the online gaming industry is considered an advantage
