Back-End Team Lead (Node.js) Igaming/Gamedev

Our client, an iGaming game development company, is looking for an experienced Back-End Team Lead to lead backend development and contribute to the development of gaming products.

Requirements

Proven experience in the iGaming or GameDev industry, preferably iGaming.
Strong experience with Node.js.
Solid knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems.
Previous experience leading a backend development team.
Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the back-end development team.
Design and maintain backend architecture.
Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with other teams to deliver gaming product features.
Make technical decisions and improve development processes.
