We are a product-driven startup (White Label) operating in Tier-1 markets. As we are launching a new project, we are expanding our team and looking for a Casino Manager (iGaming) — a specialist who knows how to develop a casino product, manage the game portfolio, and grow key performance indicators based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Manage the development of the casino product and its key areas;
Work with the game portfolio: analyze game performance, manage game placement, and optimize content;
Collaborate with game providers and partners;
Analyze product metrics and identify growth opportunities;
Participate in developing promotional activities together with CRM and Marketing teams;
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape;
Improve user experience and key performance indicators of the casino vertical.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in iGaming;
Experience as a Casino Manager / Casino Product Manager;
Deep understanding of online casino products and their key metrics;
Experience working with game providers;
Understanding of Retention, Conversion, GGR, NGR, and other iGaming metrics;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
